lovely stay,
great location excellent service helpful staff
the hotel's location was great. i could easily access many shops. the staff provided excellent service, especially mayar. she was helpful and professional.
the check-in process was great, but things seemed to decline slightly afterward. i noticed some noise from traffic downstairs, a bit bothersome. it somewhat affected the overall tranquility i anticipated.

the premier suite featured modern decor. it included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom had dual sinks and a rainfall shower. the room size suited our family perfectly.

staff members were always attentive. they responded quickly to requests. mayar's assistance in the club lounge was amazing!!! she ensured we had everything we needed.

The Nai Restaurant had amazing food. The location provided access to many things. The staff were very kind and helpful .
The phone to call the reception did not work. I left my bag with the bell desk. It was left open and unattended. No one called me about this. I was very disappointed with the hotel's security.
